GTCW
At Tonypandy Community College we continually strive to support our staff in their Continuing Professional Development and do this through a number of ways:

• Staff attending training courses, paid for through BSF or GTCW;
  INSET Training In-House provided by outisde speakers or sharing good practice with our own staff;
  Management Training, either through partnership with i-net or ESIS;

Graduate Teaching Programme
The College prides itself on the successful running of GTP, with 3 members of staff qualifiying with QTS last year alone in Design Technology; Mathematics and Religious Education.

This year we have another member of staff going through GTP in Mathematics and will taking our current Learning Manager through fast track GTP in ICT during the Summer Term.
