Design Technology
The well equipped Design Faculty is staffed by committed, enthusiastic teachers who encourage a learning environment where students can achieve their full potential.
At Key Stage 3 students are taught all aspects of design through a variety of different materials in Art, Resistant Materials, Food and Textiles.
At Key Stage 4 all students are catered for through the wide choice of B.T.E.C and G.C.S.E courses available in Photography, Graphic Art, Engineering, Product Design, Catering and Health and Social Care. Some of these courses are also available at Key Stage 5 for AS and A level
The courses are reviewed regularly so that we can equip our students to fully understand the technological age in which we live and we strive to teach courses which accommodate students varying interests and abilities.
